Heather House Staff and The Interfaith Council of Solano County
  1. Executive Director, Catherine "Cat" Moy
    Cat Moy was born and raised in Fairfield. Her work history includes 2 decades as a journalist, best-selling author, marketing director, and an Executive Director at a national nonprofit. Cat joined Heather House in 2014 and also Ministers to the sick and dying in our community. She earned a BA in Mass Communications and studied psychology, childhood development.
  2. Case/Operations Manager, Dharshini Nadarajah
    I spent half of my childhood in Fairfield, California after immigrating from South Africa in 2003. In 2015 I received a Bachelors in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior from UC Davis. It was through volunteering I found I had a passion for working specifically with underserved populations and in women’s health. I believe that knowledge of resources in your community and a loving support system is vital for stability and happiness.
  3. Lead Shelter Attendant, Crystal Perez
      My family and I entered Heather House in July of 2014. We completed the program successfully and transferred into the second phase, transitional living. I was so inspired by the program that I started to volunteer my time. With strong work ethics I was asked to be part of Heather House staff. I’m horned to be part of the new changes in Heather House.  
  4. Shelter Attendant, Richard Ehman
    A veteran who served our county and now serves homeless families in Fairfield. Mr. Richards has been apart of Heather House staff since 2008. He also actively supports veterans in Fairfield.
  5. Board President, Ron Cupid
    Originally from New York City and transplanted to Fairfield, CA by way of the U.S.A.F. Worked at and a local Refinery for thirty six years, now retired and doing committee work at Grace Episcopal Church and serving on the Heather House Interfaith Council as Board President.

    "To Whom Much Is Given, Much Is Required". Luke 12:48 NIV  When asked to join the Board of Heather House I was honored. I especially enjoy working with children. Helping Children, Women and Families transition from homelessness to economic sustainability is a privilege and our children deserve it. 
  8. Board Members, Mark Frazitta
    My wife and I moved to Fairfield in 1997. I'm a long- time supporter of Heather House. I’m a firm believer in the Heather House mission to help people become self-sufficient and I’ve been encouraged by the success stories. I’m currently a full time realtor. Before becoming a realtor I worked in the accounting field for 25 years. I enjoy photography and I’m a member of the Fairfield Suisun Visual Arts Association.
